Connect Unitlify and GetYourGuide
A step-by-step guide for linking a product in your Unitlify dashboard to GetYourGuide and obtaining the Product ID required by the GetYourGuide Supplier Administration.
Before you start
- An active Unitlify account with at least one product.
- A GetYourGuide Supplier account and the Tour ID and Tour Option ID of the product you want to connect.
Step-by-step

Open the product in Unitlify
Log in to your Unitlify dashboard, open Buchungssystem → Produkte, and click the edit icon on the product you want to connect.

Go to the "Kanäle" step
Inside the product editor, click through the setup steps until you reach Kanäle (step 7). You'll find the GetYourGuide section at the top of this step.

Enter your GetYourGuide IDs
Paste the Tour ID and Tour Option ID you received from GetYourGuide into the matching fields.

Map your ticket categories
Under Ticket-Kategorien, assign each Unitlify ticket category a matching GYG Kategorie from the dropdown.
Example: „für 1 Person" →ADULT, „Paarlauf" →GROUP. - 5
Save the product
Save the product. Your Unitlify availability and pricing are now exposed to GetYourGuide for the linked Tour / Tour Option.

Copy your Unitlify Product ID
At the top of the GetYourGuide section you'll see the Unitlify Product ID for this product. Click Kopieren to copy it to your clipboard.

Paste the Product ID in GetYourGuide
In your GetYourGuide Supplier Administration account, select Unitlify from the list of reservation systems and paste the Unitlify Product ID into the corresponding product.
